There is a 24-72 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. Processing time might be longer during the high volume of orders, such as the holiday season. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible, with priority processing for customers with paid shipping. After the processing period, an email tracking will automatically send out when the package is ready for shipment and sent to carriers for shipping deliveries. Please keep in mind that due to the high volume of packages our carrier receives, tracking information may not be updated for several days. The tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached a local sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While our carrier offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Please note that errors and delays caused by or as a result of the carrier are not the responsibility of Nostalgicvapes.com and must be resolved by contacting the carrier directly.

Nostalgic Vape prioritizes customer satisfaction. If the item you purchased from us is defective upon receipt, you have 15 days to return it in exchange for a product of equal value. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

For safety and sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns on the following items: RBA, RDA, cartomizers, atomizers, drip tips, e-liquid, disposables, and batteries. If you have any further questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us through our “Contact Us” page.

If a package must be Returned to Sender because the carrier was unable to collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Nostalgicvapes.com reserves the right to deduct a $15 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, Nostalgicvapes.com reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to our facility and processed.

TapMango Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent, nor can they be used to cover previous purchases. TapMango points can only be utilized for future transactions at the Vapors of Ohio retail store (in-store use only). Point transfers between individuals are not permitted.
